Agile Project Management with Jira
This course teaches you how to use Jira as a practical tool for running agile projects, not just how to click buttons. You will configure projects, issue types, and workflows that match how your team actually works, build and groom a backlog, and run sprints using Jira's planning and tracking features. You will also learn to read Jira's native agile reports — burndown charts, velocity charts, and cumulative flow diagrams — so you can make real decisions from the data instead of just admiring the chart. By the end, you will be able to set up a new Jira project for either a Scrum or Kanban team, keep it healthy as the team scales, and use automation to remove repetitive manual work.
