Is LearnAlot free to use?+
Yes. Creating an account, enrolling in courses, completing lessons, taking quizzes, and earning certificates are all free.
How do I earn a certificate?+
Enroll in a course, mark every lesson as complete, and then pass the course's final quiz with a score of at least 70%. Your certificate is generated automatically the moment you pass — no waiting period.
What happens if I fail the final quiz?+
Nothing bad — you'll see your score and can retake the quiz as many times as you need. There's no limit on attempts and no cooldown period between tries.
How does certificate verification work?+
Every certificate has a unique code (for example, LA-7F3K9QX2AB) and a QR code. Anyone can enter that code on the Verify a Certificate page, or scan the QR code, to see the learner's name, the course completed, and the issue date — without needing to log in. This lets employers, clients, or anyone else confirm a certificate is genuine.
Can a certificate be revoked?+
Yes. If a certificate needs to be invalidated, the course administrator can revoke it. A revoked certificate's verification page clearly shows it is no longer valid, and it can no longer be downloaded as a PDF.
Do I need to complete lessons in order?+
You can view lessons in any order, but a course's final quiz only unlocks once every lesson in that course has been marked complete. This ensures the certificate actually reflects having gone through the full course.
Can I retake a course after earning a certificate?+
Yes, you can revisit any course you've completed at any time — your lesson progress, quiz history, and certificate all stay attached to your account.
Is my progress saved automatically?+
Yes. Marking a lesson complete and submitting a quiz are both saved to your account immediately, so you can pick up exactly where you left off on any device.
How is this different from just watching free videos online?+
LearnAlot structures material into a clear sequence with a built-in comprehension check (the final quiz) and issues a verifiable record of completion. It's designed for when you need to actually demonstrate you learned something, not just that you clicked play.
