Inspirational Leadership: Leading with a Vision

This course focuses specifically on the skills that turn a leader from merely competent into genuinely inspiring: crafting a vision people actually want to follow, using storytelling to make that vision emotionally real, and motivating people to sustain effort even when the work gets hard. You will practice writing and stress-testing a vision statement, structuring a personal leadership story using a proven narrative framework, and building communication rhythms that keep a vision alive long after the kickoff meeting. By the end, you will be able to articulate a direction for your team or organization that people remember, repeat, and act on without being told to.
