Leading People and Teams
This course builds the foundation of people leadership from the ground up. You will learn why people are actually motivated at work, how to adapt your leadership approach to different individuals and situations, and how to build the kind of trust that makes people want to follow you rather than merely comply. From there you will develop a practical delegation method so you can hand off real work with confidence instead of either micromanaging or abdicating. The course closes with a complete toolkit for giving feedback that changes behavior instead of triggering defensiveness. By the end, you will be able to diagnose what a specific person on your team needs to do their best work and respond to that need directly.
