Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) Preparation

This course prepares you to serve effectively as a Scrum Master and to approach a Professional Scrum Master I style assessment with confidence. You will learn the theory behind empirical process control, the purpose of each Scrum event, and the accountabilities that make the Scrum Master role distinct from a traditional project manager. Rather than memorizing trivia, you will practice recognizing anti-patterns, coaching scenarios, and facilitation techniques that show up in real teams. By the end, you will be able to explain why Scrum works the way it does, facilitate every Scrum event with purpose, and act as a servant-leader who removes impediments and grows the team's and organization's agility. This is independent exam-preparation content; it is not administered by or affiliated with Scrum.org.
