Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) Preparation
This course prepares you for the Product Owner accountability in Scrum and for a Professional Scrum Product Owner I style assessment. You will learn how to define and communicate a compelling Product Goal, build and order a Product Backlog that reflects real value rather than a wish list, and manage stakeholders without letting any single voice override evidence. The course covers prioritization techniques, release forecasting, and how to measure whether what you shipped actually mattered. By the end, you will be equipped to act as the single accountable voice for maximizing the value of a product, balancing the needs of users, the business, and the Developers who build it. This is independent exam-preparation content; it is not administered by or affiliated with Scrum.org.
